Reasons for suspension or termination may include: violation of these Terms; providing false or misleading information; fraud or unfair conduct; creating multiple accounts; bonus abuse; money laundering or other illegal activities; or if gaming becomes illegal in your jurisdiction. In case of account termination, assa77 will refund your balance (excluding bonus funds) unless the suspension is due to fraud or breach of terms. 9. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Curacao law. Any dispute between assa77 and you will first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation.
